AI That Delivers ROI

AI is everywhere right now, and much of it is hype. I help you find the applications that will actually move your numbers (cut costs, win sales, clear operational drag), and then I build them. I'll also tell you, plainly, where AI won't help you yet. And I'm not pitching AI I haven't shipped: the delivery pipeline behind my own practice is a working example of it, running in production today.

A directed team of AI agents working a task pipeline through to a finished result

Lifecycle Marketing Automation

Behavior-triggered email that runs itself: welcome series, abandoned-cart recovery, and win-back flows segmented by customer lifetime value. For one wholesale distributor, this turned a large dormant customer list into an automated revenue channel, with nobody touching a keyboard. It runs alongside an order-to-cash pipeline on the same account that invoices and collects about $170K a month automatically.

AI in Daily Operations

The highest-ROI AI is usually invisible. I put it to work inside everyday workflows like sales reporting, purchasing, and ERP administration, so your team gets self-service answers instead of waiting on the one person who knows the system. For one distributor, that meant about 1,700 finance transactions a month posting themselves and roughly 20 hours a month back for the bookkeeping team. It directly reduces the 'key-person' risk most owners quietly worry about.

Custom AI Integrations

Most AI tools can talk but can't act. I build the integrations that let AI read and write in the systems you actually run, your ERP and CRM, so it can pull a customer's order history, generate a complex report on the fly, or kick off a process. I built exactly this for a distributor: a custom connector that lets AI operate directly inside NetSuite as a virtual developer and administrator, in production today, handling live requests every business day - not a demo.

Content & Catalog at Scale

Product copy, metadata, and structured data across a whole catalog, written to one consistent brand voice and SEO discipline that no human team holds line by line over hundreds of SKUs. I rebuilt and enriched a distributor's catalog this way, then localized it into Spanish and Portuguese, over 2,500 translated strings live on the site, on a fraction of an agency's timeline.

Customer & Prospect Assistants

A chatbot or AI receptionist that answers from your knowledge base and website, not generic internet guesses: order status, product fit, FAQs, and appointment booking. Wired into the same kind of NetSuite connector I built for a distributor, it looks up a real account and a real order instead of deflecting. And if your knowledge base is thin or your data is a mess, I'll tell you that first, because a bot that confidently invents answers is worse than no bot.

Internal Knowledge Assistants

An assistant trained on your product docs, SOPs, employee handbook, and benefits info, so staff get answers in Slack or a chat window instead of interrupting a manager. Same idea as the self-service ERP and reporting access I stood up for a distributor's team to cut that key-person risk: onboarding gets faster, and institutional knowledge stops walking out the door when someone leaves.

A falling cost curve crossing a rising outcome curve, the point where AI starts to pay for itself

How an engagement starts

Here is how I take you from "AI sounds interesting" to something that is actually running in your business and paying its way. No pilot purgatory. Working software in your real systems, fast.

1

The AI Audit

I look at where your time and money actually leak, then map the handful of places AI will return real ROI. If nothing clears that bar yet, I tell you that too.

2

Proof of Concept

I can build a small, working prototype inside your real systems, so you can watch it earn its keep before you commit to the full build.

3

Deployment & Training

I integrate it into your ERP, CRM, or daily tools and train your team to run it, so the value sticks after I step back.

“The skill set and knowledge that Mike Leibrand has brought to this project far surpasses our initial expectation. Mike has been helpful in supporting our team with a custom solution in order for us to be able to serve our community better. He is timely and professional, and eager to learn about the why before telling us the what.”

The DreamSight difference

It's the pipeline, not the headcount

On an AI page, proof beats a pitch. So here's mine: the way I deliver every project is itself a working AI system.

Solving a business problem well used to take a room of people (analyst, architect, developers, a senior reviewer, QA, DevOps) and the meetings and handoffs between them. I know that model from both sides: I scaled a consulting firm that worked exactly that way, and I ran my own companies on the systems I built myself. So I replaced the room with a delivery pipeline. Thirty years of judgment scopes and reviews every request, and a team of AI agents I built and trained does the volume in between.

It's a real pipeline, in production today, not a slide deck about one. And it isn't tied to any one platform: the same process delivers on whatever systems you already run. The result is simple. I ship in hours what a traditional consulting team takes a week to deliver.
