Technology Services
Your tools should make the business more efficient, not leave you with systems that don't talk to each other. I handle the selection, implementation, training, and integration of the technologies that run your business, so you can get back to growing the business. All of it is delivered through a real AI delivery pipeline I built and operate today, so you get senior-level results without the agency overhead.
Custom Applications
When off-the-shelf doesn't fit, I build. Bespoke operational software, warehouse and delivery systems, buyer tools, marketing and CRM solutions, and customer portals, built directly on the ERP you already run. No new vendor to license, and often cheaper than buying generic and bending your business to fit it. One buyer's purchasing system a traditional team quoted at ~240 hours, I designed and shipped in about 35. And if a generic product genuinely fits your process, I'll tell you to buy it: custom only makes sense when the off-the-shelf option would cost you more in workarounds than it saves.
ERP Implementation
An ERP rollout is expensive and failure is not an option, so the choice matters more than any other technology decision you'll make. I've worked hands-on with everything from QuickBooks to NetSuite to industry-specific platforms. I've also rescued rollouts already off the rails: replacing underperforming consultants and stabilizing the platform before it takes the business down with it.
CRM Implementation
A CRM only earns its cost once people actually use it. I take it from selection (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or an industry-specific system) through implementation to adoption, and I've migrated decades of customer data off failing legacy systems without losing a record.
Ecommerce & Web
A storefront that loads fast, ranks well, and ties back to your inventory. I rebuild ecommerce sites on modern, mobile-first platforms with a real technical-SEO foundation, integrate them to your ERP so stock and orders stay in sync, and add the features that actually sell: parts finders, reviews, subscriptions, and self-service returns.
System Integration
Your systems shouldn't live on islands. When CRM, ERP, ecommerce, and POS finally talk to each other, a sale in any channel updates inventory and accounting in real time, and the double-entry that breeds errors goes away. I've wired storefronts, retail POS, and ERP together that way, using platforms like Make.com and Zapier, direct API work, and more.
Process Automation
The best technology is worthless if you're not using it to its potential. Cutting repetitive tasks, clearing bottlenecks, and speeding up workflows is where I look first: guided workflows, business process automation, and AI-driven solutions. For one distributor that meant roughly 1,700 finance transactions a month now posting themselves, handing the bookkeeping team about 20 hours a month back.

Deep on the platforms behind it
A lot of the work above runs on two platforms in particular. If that's where you live, here's the detail.
NetSuite Consulting
Custom SuiteScript, suitelets, Map/Reduce, SuiteQL, integrations, and rescue work on the SuiteCloud platform.

A few of the systems I designed and built for a single wholesale-distribution client, each on a tight budget, each on the platform they already owned.
A unified purchasing system
Buyers were juggling demand from open orders, low-stock replenishment, and manual requests across separate screens. I gave them one workflow that pulls every demand source together, with vendor rules, unit-of-measure conversion, backorder reduction, and a draft-to-PO approval flow. A traditional team estimated it at roughly 240 hours; it was designed and shipped in about 35.
Local-delivery routing, from scratch
A distributor built around its own delivery fleet had no system to run it. I built one that plans routes nightly, assigns stops to zones and vehicles, and drives the whole pick-pack-deliver lifecycle from a tablet on the warehouse floor.
An iPad-native warehouse floor app
Operations ran on paper, with pick tickets printed in advance and frequently lost. I consolidated three or four shipping platforms into a single tablet app for picking, receiving, and shipping, and took the floor paperless with just-in-time printing.
An ecommerce rebuild with technical SEO
A full storefront rebuild on a modern, mobile-first platform, tied back to the ERP: a parts finder, exploded-view schematics, per-model pages, reviews, subscribe-and-save, self-service returns, an SEO foundation, and localization into Spanish and Portuguese. Rebuilt for about $25K against a $36K agency retainer that delivered less.
Marketing automation for ecommerce
Implemented Klaviyo to handle abandoned carts, first-time buyers, lapsed buyers, and much more. It generates thousands of dollars a week in revenue that otherwise would have been lost.
“Mike is a sharp, solutions-driven thinker. He quickly understood our goal and delivered a simple, practical solution that made an immediate impact. He communicates clearly, works efficiently, and adds real value without overcomplicating the process. Highly recommend.”
The DreamSight difference
It's the pipeline, not the headcount
The systems above are real, and so is how I deliver them. Everyone is talking about how AI will change business; I built a working example of it.
Solving a business problem well used to take a room of people (analyst, architect, developers, a senior reviewer, QA, DevOps) and the meetings and handoffs between them. I know that model from both sides: I scaled a consulting firm that worked exactly that way, and I ran my own companies on the systems I built myself. So I replaced the room with a delivery pipeline. Thirty years of judgment scopes and reviews every request, and a team of AI agents I built and trained does the volume in between.
It's a real pipeline, in production today, not a slide deck about one. And it isn't tied to any one platform: the same process delivers on whatever systems you already run. The result is simple. I ship in hours what a traditional consulting team takes a week to deliver.
