Rescue pricing matches a new integration because fixing an existing one usually takes as much work. Connector and app licenses are not included and are billed by the vendor. A direct integration has no license fee.

Is the price fixed? +
Yes. If your requirements are outside the base scope, add-on pricing is confirmed during the free consultation, before the project starts.
Will you replace our connector? +
Only if fixing it costs more than replacing it. Many rescues keep the existing connector and fix its configuration.
Do I need NetSuite Connector (FarApp)? +
Not always. NetSuite Connector and Celigo require a monthly license from the vendor. A direct integration does not. I recommend the lowest-cost option that meets your requirements.
What happens after go-live? +
30 days of post-launch support is included. Managed services are available after that.
